Jen Bush first discovered her love of pastries while living abroad in France. Upon her return to the States, she immediately enrolled in San Francisco’s prestigious California Culinary Academy. Emerged in the robust food scene of the Bay Area, Jen worked for famed restaurants including Scala’s and Left Bank. After fourteen years in San Francisco’s top kitchens, Jen returned back to her hometown of Boulder. Locally her accomplishments have ranged from the executive pastry chef of the Big Red F restaurant group, opening the renowned Blue Fine Pastries, and founding of Ice Box Bakery, a regional natural foods company. Jen’s passion and craft have garnered her national recognition with features in Celebrity Parents magazine and Food & Wine. We are lucky to now have Jen as part of our Lucky’s family.
